Choose Taxi or Safari in the booking form. Enter your trip details, select a taxi category or safari package and jeep, then continue to review your fare and add your contact details. Sign in with the secure email link when prompted, review the final details and submit your booking.

Taxi fares depend on your route and taxi category. A fixed route fare may apply; other journeys use distance-based pricing. Safari fares depend on the selected package and jeep. Review the price shown for your trip before submitting your booking.

Yes. Choose Taxi and enter the airport as your pickup or destination. Select your date, passengers, luggage and taxi category. You can add your flight number and pickup instructions when reviewing your booking.

For taxis, you book Flex, Mini, Car, Mini Van or Van. Check the passenger and luggage limits in the booking form. Where offered, a preferred vehicle model is optional and is not guaranteed. Safari bookings use the selected jeep model instead.

The Safari form shows the parks currently available for booking, their packages and compatible jeeps. Choose from the options shown there, then check the details and inclusions before sending a request.

Sign in with the email address used for your booking, then open My Bookings in your account. Keep your booking reference handy when contacting us about your trip.

If you have a valid taxi promo code, apply it on the booking review page. The price summary shows the eligible discount before you submit. Offers have their own conditions and cannot always be combined.

Quick Tour includes the vehicle, fuel, driver, driver meals and accommodation, reasonable waiting and unlimited kilometres within the agreed itinerary. Attraction tickets, your accommodation and meals, tolls, parking and unrelated additions are excluded. Every itinerary day is charged, including days without driving. Review the package terms and your total before submitting a request.

No. Submitting a Quick Tour request does not confirm availability. Wait for confirmation from MyTaxiHub before treating your vehicle and driver as arranged. Contact us with your reference for changes; changes to an agreed itinerary need confirmation.

Yes. Things to Do lets you browse places by destination and category, explore maps and add places to your tour. Explore provides destination guides and travel ideas. Adding a place to a plan does not book admission or confirm transport.
